Simple Tuna Melt
Simple Tuna Melt layers flaky canned tuna mixed with mayo, Dijon, balsamic, and chopped dill pickles onto toasted whole wheat bread, then tops it with melted sharp Cheddar. It’s tangy, a little sweet from the bread, and satisfyingly gooey—perfect for a quick solo lunch or a warm afternoon bite.
