    Cut the zucchini into two or three 3-inch pieces, then spiralize each piece.

    Whisk the egg in a shallow bowl until foamy. Slowly pour the melted butter into the egg and whisk until combined.

    Mix the flour, oregano, garlic powder, and pepper in a second shallow bowl. In a third bowl, combine the panko bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.

    Dredge the zucchini spirals in the seasoned flour, shaking off any excess. Dip the spirals in the egg wash, letting the extra drip off, then coat the spirals in the Parmesan–bread crumb mixture. Place them on a clean sheet pan.

    Set the air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

    Set the timer for 12 minutes.

    Transfer the breaded zucchini fries into the air fryer basket in batches without crowding. Cook until crispy, about 12 minutes. Serve immediately.
