Air-Fryer Salmon with Everything-Bagel Crust Dinner
  1. 1

Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Lightly coat a sheet of foil with cooking spray.

  2. 2

In a bowl, toss the sweet potatoes with 1 1/2 teaspoons oil and 1/8 teaspoon each of salt and pepper. Spread the sweet potatoes in an even layer on the foil; place in the air fryer basket. Cook until mostly tender, about 10 minutes.

  3. 3

Meanwhile, mix the mustard, honey, and mayonnaise in a small bowl. In a separate bowl, toss the broccoli with the remaining 1 1/2 teaspoons oil and 1/8 teaspoon each of salt and pepper.

  4. 4

Push the sweet potatoes to one side of the basket. Place the salmon on the other side. Spoon 1 teaspoon of the mustard mixture onto each fillet and spread to cover the tops. Sprinkle evenly with bagel seasoning. Arrange the broccoli around the sweet potatoes and salmon. Cook until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily with a fork and the sweet potatoes and broccoli are tender, 10 to 14 minutes.

  5. 5

Stir the soy sauce into the remaining mustard mixture; drizzle over the sweet potatoes and broccoli to serve.
