    Place a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat to warm. Sprinkle the salmon with salt and pepper.

    Cook the salmon until it flakes easily with a fork, 3 to 5 minutes per side. Take it out of the skillet and set it aside.

    Heat sesame oil in a wok or heavy skillet over high heat. Add the red pepper, yellow pepper, onion, broccoli, garlic, and ginger paste, then cook and stir for 3 minutes.
