Cheeseburger Bites Wrapped in Bacon
  1. 1

Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

  2. 2

In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, onion powder, garlic powder, parsley flakes, salt, ketchup, mustard, and dill pickle, and mix just until combined.

  3. 3

Pinch 1 generous tablespoon of the meat mixture and wrap it around 1 cube of cheese; roll into a ball and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Repeat with the remaining meat mixture and cheese.

  4. 4

Slice the bacon strips in half widthwise, then cut each piece in half lengthwise to make 4 strips from each slice of bacon.

  5. 5

Wrap 1 bacon strip around each meatball, securing it with a toothpick or pressing it firmly into the meat so it stays in place. Use any extra bacon strips to add a second wrap to some of the meatballs.

  6. 6

Place half of the meatballs in the bottom of the air fryer and cook for 6 minutes. Turn them over and cook for another 6 minutes. Remove and repeat with the remaining meatballs.

  7. 7

Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve with your choice of dipping sauce.
