Caesar-Style Brussels Sprouts

    Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).

    Trim the stems from the Brussels sprouts. Cut large sprouts into quarters lengthwise; cut small ones in half. Rinse and dry them thoroughly.

    In a bowl, toss the sprouts with olive oil and paprika. Spread them on a baking sheet and sprinkle with sea salt.

    Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, taking out loose leaves after 5 minutes and turning the whole sprouts every 5 minutes.

    For the dressing: Whisk together heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, lemon zest and juice, red wine vinegar, garlic, brown mustard, and paprika in a bowl until well mixed.
