    In a small bowl, mix the shredded chicken, buffalo wing sauce, and blue cheese.

    Heat a small skillet over medium heat.

    Spread 1/2 tablespoon butter on one side of a slice of bread. Set the bread butter-side-down in the skillet, then add pepper Jack cheese on top. Add the chicken mixture. Spread the remaining butter on one side of a second slice of bread and place it on top, butter-side-up.
