Easy Instant Pot Cranberry Sauce
This Instant Pot cranberry sauce bursts with tart cranberries brightened by orange zest and juice, then subtly warmed with a hint of cinnamon. A quick pressure cook followed by a short sauté concentrates the flavors, and you can blend to your preferred texture. Serve as a vibrant side for holiday roasts or spoon over leftovers and desserts.

Add the cranberries, sugar, orange juice, orange zest, and salt to a multi-functional pressure cooker (such as an Instant Pot). Close and lock the lid. Choose high pressure following the manufacturer's directions; set the timer for 5 minutes. Allow 10 to 15 minutes for the pressure to build.

Use the natural-release method to release the pressure according to the manufacturer's instructions, 10 to 40 minutes. Unlock and remove the lid. Add the cinnamon stick and select the Saute function; cook until the sauce thickens, 5 to 10 minutes. Remove and discard the cinnamon stick.

Blend the sauce with an immersion blender for a smoother texture. Let it cool; the sauce will continue to thicken naturally.
