    In a bowl, mix soy sauce, 2 tablespoons olive oil, paprika, and salt. Add the chicken strips and let them marinate while you prepare the remaining ingredients.

    Heat the remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the bell pepper and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
