Traditional Full English Fry-Up
  1. 1

Put the beans in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Stir in the ketchup and HP sauce, and warm until heated through, about 5 minutes.

  2. 2

Set a large skillet over medium heat and add the bacon and sausages. Cook until the sausages are browned and the bacon is done to your liking, about 10 minutes; remove them from the pan and set aside.

  3. 3

Add the tomatoes and mushrooms to the skillet and sear them in the bacon fat for 2 minutes; then remove them from the pan.

  4. 4

Pour 1 cup water into the pan, crack in the eggs, and simmer until the whites are opaque and the yolks remain runny. Spoon the beans onto a plate, and arrange the eggs, bacon, bangers, tomatoes, and mushrooms around them.
