Butter-Garlic Chicken Nuggets
  1. 1

    Assemble all the ingredients.

  2. 2

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, Italian seasoning, and granulated garlic until evenly mixed; add the chicken and toss until it is evenly coated.

  3. 3

Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high until it just shimmers. Arrange the coated chicken pieces in an even layer; cook without stirring until browned on one side, about 4 minutes. Flip the chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 4 minutes more. Move the chicken to a clean plate; wipe the skillet clean.

  4. 4

Lower the heat to medium. Add the garlic; cook, stirring constantly, until fragrant and lightly browned, 1 to 2 minutes. Pour in the wine and cook, stirring often, until most of the wine has evaporated, about 2 minutes.

  5. 5

Add the butter and lemon juice; cook, stirring, until the butter is completely melted, about 1 more minute. Return the chicken to the skillet and toss in the butter mixture until evenly coated.

  6. 6

Transfer to a serving platter and garnish with parsley. Recipe developed by Amanda Holstein
