    Mix the smoked ham and ground pork in a large bowl until fully combined; gently fold in the graham crackers, evaporated milk, and eggs. Shape the mixture into two loaves; set the loaves on the prepared baking sheet.

    Whisk the tomato soup, brown sugar, vinegar, water, and dry mustard in a saucepan over medium-low heat until well blended. Bring to a boil, stirring until the brown sugar dissolves. Pour about 1 cup of the sauce over the loaves; keep the remaining sauce reserved.
