Grilled Ginger-Peanut Pork Tenderloin
  1. 1

Put the pork into a large resealable plastic bag. In a bowl, stir together the soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, peanut butter, garlic, curry powder, ginger, and salt until smooth. Pour the marinade over the tenderloins, press the air out of the bag, seal it, and refrigerate overnight.

  2. 2

Preheat an outdoor grill to high heat.

  3. 3

Pat off any excess marinade from the pork with a paper towel; let it sit at room temperature while the grill heats. Lightly oil the grill grate. Grill the pork for 3 minutes per side on all four sides, for a total of 12 to 15 minutes. It is done when it is no longer pink inside and the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F (65 degrees C). Remove from the grill and loosely cover the meat with a foil tent. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
