Haddock Marinara

Flaky haddock bakes beneath a bright marinara and juicy stewed tomatoes, then gets a bubbly mozzarella blanket for a cozy, satisfying finish. Haddock Marinara is savory and gently garlicky, ideal for weeknight dinners and great served alongside linguine or a bed of rice to soak up the sauce.

Haddock Marinara
  1. 1

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly coat the bottom of a baking dish with olive oil.

  2. 2

Evenly sprinkle 1/2 the onion and the garlic in the baking dish, then pour 1/2 the pasta sauce over them. Arrange the haddock fillets in the dish, top with the tomatoes and the remaining onion and garlic, and cover with the remaining pasta sauce.

  3. 3

Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Add the mozzarella cheese on top, and bake for another 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the fish flakes easily with a fork.
