Baked Ham & Swiss Croissant Bake
  1. 1

In a small bowl, whisk together the butter, Dijon, onion, maple syrup, and Worcestershire. Spread the butter mixture evenly over the cut sides of the croissants.

  2. 2

Place the croissant bottom halves on a cutting board; layer the ham on top, folding it to fit the croissants. Sprinkle the cheese evenly over the croissants; place the top halves on each.

  3. 3

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

  4. 4

Coat a casserole dish or a cast iron skillet large enough for the croissants with cooking spray. Arrange the croissants in a single layer in the prepared pan.

  5. 5

Whisk the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a medium bowl, then pour the mixture evenly over the croissants. Sprinkle each croissant with bagel seasoning. Let the dish stand for about 10 minutes.

  6. 6

Bake in the preheated oven until the croissants are golden brown and the egg mixture is fully set, 32 to 38 minutes. Check the casserole at about 25 minutes, and if the croissants are browning too much, cover with foil. Serve hot.
