    Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Grease and flour two 8x4-inch pans.

    Sift all-purpose flour, whole-wheat flour, cinnamon, salt, baking soda, and baking powder into a large bowl.

    In a second large bowl, beat together sugar, eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla until well combined. Add the sifted flour mixture and beat well. Stir in zucchini and walnuts until evenly mixed into the batter. Pour the batter into the prepared pans.
