Instant Pot Ribs

Instant Pot Ribs deliver tender, fall-off-the-bone baby back pork infused with a lightly tangy, smoky apple-based broth. The apple juice and cider vinegar add gentle sweetness and brightness while liquid smoke and bay leaves give depth. Great for weeknight dinners or casual gatherings when you want big barbecue-style flavor with minimal effort.

Instant Pot Ribs
  1. 1

In a multi-functional pressure cooker (such as an Instant Pot), mix the juice, vinegar, and liquid smoke. Add the bay leaves.

  2. 2

Insert a trivet into the pot and set the ribs on top, trimming as needed to fit. Close and lock the lid, then set the valve to sealing. Select high pressure and set the timer for 15 minutes. Allow 10 to 15 minutes for the pressure to build.

  3. 3

Let the pressure release naturally following the manufacturer's directions, about 15 minutes. Unlock and remove the lid.
