Pastrami Reuben Sandwich

Pastrami Reuben Sandwich layers smoky pastrami, tangy sauerkraut, and nutty Swiss between rye slices slathered with Thousand Island, then griddled to a deep, crunchy toast. The balance of salty meat, bright acidity, and gooey cheese makes it a deli favorite perfect for lunch or a hearty dinner. Serve hot off the skillet for maximum melt and crispness.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the sandwiches in the hot skillet until the bread is golden brown, the fillings are hot, and the cheese is melted, 3 to 5 minutes per side.
