Puff Pastry Salmon

Puff Pastry Salmon

    Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

    Season the salmon fillets with onion powder, garlic powder, and seasoned salt.

    Divide 1/2 of the spinach between two sheets of puff pastry, mounding it in the center. Place 1 salmon fillet on top of each spinach mound. Divide and spread the pesto over the salmon fillets, then divide and top with the remaining 1/2 of the spinach.

    Dampen the edges of the puff pastry with water, then fold them to the center and seal the seams.
