Oven-Roasted Pork Tenderloin with Sauerkraut

    Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).

    Rub the tenderloin with sage and garlic salt. Place the tenderloin in a baking pan or casserole. Cover the meat with half of the sauerkraut. Arrange the apple and the onion, cut side down, on top of the sauerkraut. Cover with the remaining sauerkraut. Sprinkle with brown sugar.
