Shrimp Alfredo Broccoli Bake
  1. 1

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook the angel hair in the boiling water, stirring now and then, until tender but still slightly firm, 4 to 5 minutes. Drain.

  2. 2

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 2-quart casserole dish with cooking spray.

  3. 3

Cook and stir the shrimp in a skillet over medium heat until just turning pink, 3 to 5 minutes. Add the broccoli; cover the skillet and let the broccoli steam for about 5 minutes. Remove from the heat.

  4. 4

Spread the angel hair pasta over the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Top with the shrimp and broccoli. Pour the Alfredo sauce over the shrimp and broccoli; sprinkle the sauce with Parmesan cheese.

  5. 5

Bake in the preheated oven until the cheese is lightly browned, about 20 minutes.
