    In a large bowl, combine the eggs and Almond Breeze Unsweetened Original Almondmilk; whisk until blended. Season with salt and pepper.

    Coat a 6 qt slow cooker generously with cooking spray or line it with a slow cooker liner.

    Place 1/2 of the frozen hash browns, 1/2 of the diced ham, 1/2 of the diced bell peppers, 1/2 of the green onions, and 1/2 of the shredded cheese in the slow cooker, seasoning with salt and pepper as you layer. Repeat with the remaining halves of the ingredients. Pour the egg mixture over everything.
