    Preheat the oven to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C).

    Combine brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt in a bowl. Coat the pork roast with mustard and sprinkle the entire brown sugar mixture over it. Line a shallow baking dish with aluminum foil. Set a rack in the prepared baking dish and place the pork roast on the rack.
