Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

In a large pot, combine the pork, beef, onion, and water. Season with salt, pepper, allspice, cloves, cinnamon, and chicken seasoning. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes.

Pour the liquid from the pot into a bowl. Transfer the remaining meat mixture to a separate bowl and chill until needed. Refrigerate the bowl with the liquid for 1 hour, or until the fat solidifies on the surface.

Scrape off and discard the fat from the chilled liquid. Spoon the meat mixture into the pie crusts. Add 1 tablespoon of the reserved liquid to each pie (to prevent them from becoming too dry). Place the top crust on each pie and pinch the edges to seal. Cut slits in the top crust to let steam escape.
