Air Fryer Cornflake Chicken Fingers
  1. 1

Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

  2. 2

Season the chicken with poultry seasoning, salt, and black pepper.

  3. 3

Put the beaten egg on a small rimmed plate. Put the cornflakes on a second rimmed plate.

  4. 4

Dip the chicken in the beaten egg, then press it into the cornflakes to coat. Place it in the air fryer basket and spray the tops with avocado oil.

  5. 5

Cook in the preheated air fryer for 7 to 8 minutes. Flip the chicken, spray again with avocado oil, and air fry for 3 to 5 minutes more. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should register at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
