Cranberry and Apricot Chutney

Cranberry and Apricot Chutney balances tart cranberries with lush dried apricots and raisins, all lifted by warm cinnamon, ginger, and allspice. A gentle tang from cider vinegar rounds it out, making a bright, fruity condiment perfect for holiday tables, roast meats, cheese boards, or leftover sandwiches.
