Beef and Riced Broccoli Bowl

Beef and Riced Broccoli Bowl brings tender, stir-fried strips of steak together with garlicky broccoli rice for a lighter take on a takeout favorite. A glossy sauce of hoisin, soy, oyster sauce, and sesame oil coats the beef with sweet-salty umami, finished with sesame seeds and a hint of heat. It’s great for a quick weeknight dinner when you want bold flavor without the extra carbs.
