Broccoli Rice
Broccoli Rice delivers a bright pop of lemon with savory notes of garlic and onion, turning riced florets into a tender, grain-like side. It’s light, veggie-forward, and low-carb, ideal for pairing with stir-fries, tacos, or grain bowls. Serve it when you want a fresh, citrusy alternative to traditional rice that still feels satisfying.

Warm olive oil in a large skillet over medium-low heat. Add onion; cook, stirring, until softened, about 3 minutes. Stir in garlic; cook for 30 seconds. Mix in the broccoli rice, salt, and pepper. Lower the heat to low and cook, covered, until the broccoli softens, about 5 minutes. Drizzle lemon juice on top.
