Cranberry and Feta Tortilla Pinwheels
  1. 1

Place bacon in a large skillet and cook over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until evenly browned, about 10 minutes. Drain the bacon slices on paper towels until cool, then chop into small pieces.

  2. 2

Mix the cream cheese, feta, bacon, green peppers, cranberries, garlic powder, and onion powder in a medium bowl until combined.

  3. 3

Spread the mixture evenly onto each tortilla. Roll up the tortillas, then wrap each one tightly in aluminum foil. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.

  4. 4

To serve, remove the foil; trim the ends of the tortilla rolls, and slice into 1-inch-thick pieces. Cook’s Note: 4 hours of chilling time is the minimum; if you can leave them overnight, the flavors really combine.
