  1. 1

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

  2. 2

Put the mixed vegetables in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for 4 to 5 minutes, then drain.

  3. 3

Meanwhile, lightly coat a 9-inch pie plate with cooking spray. Set 1 pie crust into the bottom of the prepared pie plate.

  4. 4

In a large bowl, stir together condensed coup, mayonnaise, milk, celery salt, garlic powder, pepper, and thyme.

  5. 5

Add chicken and mixed vegetables; mix well.

  6. 6

Pour the mixture into the bottom pie crust.

  7. 7

Place the remaining pie crust over the pie plate. Trim so the crust is even with the plate’s edge and use a fork to press around the edges to seal.

  8. 8

Cut 3 small slits near the center of the top crust.

  9. 9

Cover the outer edges of the crust with foil or a pie protector to keep the edges from overcooking.

  10. 10

Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.

  11. 11

Remove the foil and continue baking until the crust is brown and flaky, 5 to 10 minutes.
