Lemon-Garlic Potato Wedges

Lemon-Garlic Potato Wedges

    Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Lightly grease a large baking sheet with cooking spray, or line it with foil and grease the foil. Set aside.

    Whisk olive oil, butter, garlic, salt, and pepper together in a large bowl. Cut each unpeeled potato into 8 wedges, add them to the bowl, and toss to coat. Arrange the potato wedges on the baking sheet.

    Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until the potatoes are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
