  1. 1

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Cut a small square from another sheet of parchment and oil one side; set it aside.

  2. 2

Blend the brown rice, quinoa, and tamari in a food processor until a dough begins to form, adding water if the mixture is too dry. Add the chia seeds, sesame seeds, flax seeds, and salt; pulse until the dough forms a sticky ball.

  3. 3

Roll small portions of dough into 1/2-inch balls and space them at least 2 1/2 inches apart on the prepared baking sheet. Place the oiled parchment square, oiled side down, over a dough ball. Flatten the dough ball into a very thin 2-inch-wide disk by pressing the top of a small jar onto the parchment square. Repeat with the remaining dough balls.

  4. 4

Bake in the preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes, until the cracker edges start to brown. Transfer the crackers to a wire rack. Set the rack on the baking sheet and return it to the oven.

  5. 5

Bake for 2 to 3 minutes more, until the crackers are dry and crisp.
