    In a large bowl, mix together meatloaf meat, apples, onion, stuffing mix, celery, eggs, milk, water, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly combined.

    Spread the condensed soup in a 9x5-inch loaf pan. Spoon the meat mixture into the pan and use a spatula to gently smooth the top of the loaf.

    Bake in the preheated oven until the center is no longer pink, about 1 hour and 30 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should register at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C). Cool in the pan for 5 to 10 minutes.
