Prosciutto and Pear Flatbread Pizza

Prosciutto and Pear Flatbread Pizza balances buttery pears and mellow roasted garlic with creamy mozzarella and nutty Swiss for a rich, slightly sweet bite. Salty ribbons of prosciutto crisp on a cornmeal-dusted crust, creating contrast in texture and flavor. Serve this elegant pie for a relaxed dinner party, a special weeknight meal, or as a shareable centerpiece for brunch.
