Taco Burgers

    Preheat an outdoor grill to medium-high and lightly oil the grate.

    Combine the ground beef and taco seasoning in a bowl using your hands. Divide the mixture into 5 equal portions. Shape each portion into a patty.

    Grill the patties on the preheated grill for 5 minutes.

    Flip the patties, place pepper Jack cheese slices on top, and continue grilling until no longer pink or until your preferred doneness, about 5 minutes more. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should register at least 160 degrees F (70 degrees C).

    Spread sour cream and salsa on the buns. Add the patties; top with cilantro, tomato, avocado, and onion.
