    Cover the potatoes with water in a saucepan and boil for 20 to 30 minutes, or until they are fork-tender. Drain and use an electric mixer to beat until smooth. Add butter, milk, and salt and pepper to taste; beat to your desired consistency.

    Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir the turkey and onion until the turkey is fully cooked. Add the gravy mix and water; stir often until the gravy is thick and bubbly. Season with salt and pepper.
