Cheddar Broccoli Beef Burritos
  1. 1

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. 2

Cook the ground beef in a 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until the beef is cooked through, about 5 minutes. Remove the beef mixture and set it aside.

  3. 3

Stir the Knorr Rice Sides - Cheddar Broccoli, water, and beans into the same skillet and bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce the heat to medium, cover, and cook for 7 minutes or until the rice is tender. Stir in the beef mixture. Remove from the heat and let stand for 2 minutes. Stir in 1/2 cup salsa and 1/2 cup cheese.

  4. 4

Spoon about 3/4 cup of the rice mixture onto each tortilla; roll up.

  5. 5

Evenly spread 1/2 cup salsa in the bottom of a greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Arrange the burritos seam-side down. Spoon the remaining salsa down the center of the burritos, then sprinkle with the remaining 1/2 cup cheese. Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes or until heated through. Garnish with green onions.
