    Meanwhile, combine black pepper, salt, cayenne pepper, garlic salt, and onion salt in a medium bowl. Rub the spice mixture onto each rib.

    Whisk the eggs in a large bowl. Put the flour in a separate bowl or spread it on a plate.

    Dip a rib into the beaten egg, then lift it so the excess egg drips back into the bowl. Press the rib into the flour to coat both sides. Dip it again in the egg, then again in the flour. Repeat to bread a total of 4 to 5 ribs.

    Place the breaded ribs in the fryer basket without crowding them. Deep-fry for about 8 minutes.

    While the ribs are frying, repeat Step 4 to bread 4 to 5 more ribs.
