Lemon-Dill Garlic Salmon

    Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Coat two large pieces of aluminum foil with cooking spray.

    Set the salmon fillet on one piece of foil. Season the salmon with salt, pepper, garlic, and chopped dill. Lay lemon slices over the fillet and place a sprig of dill on each slice. Sprinkle the fillet with chopped scallions.
