Salmon with Lemon-Dill, Garlic, White Wine, and Butter Sauce
  1. 1

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). In a small bowl, combine the butter, white wine, lemon juice, and garlic.

  2. 2

Pour a small amount of the butter mixture into an 8x8-inch baking pan to evenly coat the bottom; sprinkle a thin layer of dill over it. Set the salmon, skin side down, in the baking pan. Sprinkle the remaining dill on top; pour the remaining butter mixture over the salmon. Cover the pan tightly with aluminum foil.

  3. 3

Bake in the preheated oven until the fish flakes easily with a fork, 25 to 35 minutes. Before serving, sprinkle generously with almonds.
