Herb Crusted Halibut

Herb Crusted Halibut

    Heat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

    Cover a baking sheet with foil.

    Mix panko bread crumbs, parsley, dill, chives, extra-virgin olive oil, lemon zest, sea salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Taste and add more salt if you like.

    Rinse the halibut fillets and pat them dry with a paper towel.

    Set the halibut fillets on the prepared baking sheet.
