Prep-and-Freeze Air Fryer Breakfast Burritos
  1. 1

Break up the sausage into a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook until it is no longer pink, about 10 minutes. Use a slotted spoon to transfer it to a large bowl.

  2. 2

Lower the heat to medium. Pour the beaten eggs into the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 3 minutes. Stir, then cook for another 2 minutes. Turn off the heat. Stir one final time, breaking up any larger pieces. Pour the eggs into the bowl with the sausage, add the cheese, and stir to combine.

  3. 3

Place 1 tortilla on a clean work surface. Spoon 1/4 cup of the sausage-egg mixture onto the bottom third of the tortilla, closest to you. Fold the end of the tortilla over the filling. Fold both sides over the filling to form an envelope shape. Tuck, roll, and set it seam side down on a baking sheet. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.

  4. 4

Put the baking sheet in the freezer for 2 hours. Move the burritos to a covered freezer-safe container until ready to serve.

  5. 5

When ready to cook, preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

  6. 6

Place the burrito, seam side down, in the preheated air fryer and cook for 5 minutes.
