Ultra-Moist Slow Cooker Roast Beef (No Veggies)
  1. 1

Season the beef roast with garlic salt and black pepper. Set the roast in the bottom of a slow cooker.

  2. 2

Stir together Worcestershire, soy sauce, and red wine vinegar in a small bowl; pour the mixture over the roast. Sprinkle onion soup mix over the roast. Pour water into the slow cooker around the roast, not over the top.

  3. 3

Cover and cook on Low until the center is no longer pink and the meat is fork-tender, 4 to 6 hours.

  4. 4

Pour the sauce from the slow cooker into a saucepan. Heat over medium until bubbling, then stir in cornstarch to thicken.
