Sunny Season Triple Berry and Peach Pie
Sunny Season Triple Berry and Peach Pie layers juicy peaches with strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries beneath a flaky double crust. Warm cinnamon and nutmeg complement the bright fruit, while a flour-and-cornstarch mix keeps the filling sliceable. Serve this festive pie at picnics, barbecues, or summer gatherings when ripe fruit is at its peak.

- 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- 2
Place 1 pie crust in a 9-inch pie plate; brush it with 1/2 beaten egg white. Set aside.
- 3
Combine peaches, strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries in a large bowl; set aside. In a separate bowl, mix brown sugar, 1/2 cup white sugar, flour, cornstarch, 2 teaspoons cinnamon, and nutmeg; gently stir this into the fruit mixture, taking care not to crush the berries. Pour the fruit mixture into the prepared pie plate; the filling will be heaped but will cook down. Dot with butter.
- 4
Cut the remaining 1 pie crust into 1/2-inch strips using a sharp paring knife or pastry wheel. Moisten the rim of the pie with a little water. Begin with the longest strips and place the first two in an X at the center of the pie. Alternate horizontal and vertical strips, weaving them in an over-and-under pattern. Use the shortest strips around the edges of the lattice. Tuck the ends of the lattice strips under the edge of the bottom crust and flute the crust.
- 5
Or place the remaining 1 pie crust over the filling; cut decorative slits in the crust to allow steam to escape. Brush the top crust with the remaining 1/2 egg white.
- 6
Combine 1 tablespoon sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon in a small bowl; sprinkle over the top of the pie. Place the pie on a baking sheet.
- 7
Bake in the preheated oven until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbly, 45 to 60 minutes.
- 8
Turn off the oven; let the pie sit in the oven for 30 minutes.
- 9
Transfer the pie to a wire rack to cool. The filling will be loose if served warm but will thicken once the pie is completely cooled.

How easyChef Pro Scores This Recipe
easyChef Pro gives every recipe a health score from 0 to 100, built from more than 30 nutritional parameters including nutrient density, energy density and glycemic impact. It calculates rather than estimates, so the same recipe returns the same score every time.
The number is traceable. You can see exactly which nutrient moved it, so a dish scoring 78 might show fiber pushing it up while sodium pulls it down, alongside the NOVA processing level of each ingredient.
Your health goal changes the calculation itself, not just a filter. easyChef Pro applies clinically derived weighting across six health dimensions, which is why the same dish can score well for one goal and poorly for another.
Swap an ingredient or change the serving size and that math changes with it. Scoring your own version is the only way to see what your kitchen actually produces.
