Heat a large skillet or wok over medium heat and cook the bacon until browned and crisp, about 5 minutes. Drain it, keeping the bacon grease in a bowl. Return 2 tablespoons of the grease to the skillet.

Increase the heat to medium-high and cook the garlic until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add the onion and cook, stirring often, until softened, 2 to 3 minutes. Stir in the tomato and pineapple and stir-fry until warmed through, about 2 minutes.

Increase the heat to high and add 1 tablespoon bacon grease. Add the rice and stir-fry, breaking it up with a spatula so it gets well coated with the bacon grease. Cook for about 3 minutes. Season with ketchup, soy sauce, sugar, and white pepper.

Push the rice mixture to one side of the skillet or wok and pour the beaten eggs onto the empty side. Stir-fry until the eggs are almost set, 2 to 3 minutes. Mix the eggs into the rice mixture. Fold in the bacon bits. Serve with cucumber, green onions, cilantro, lemon wedges, and chile peppers.

How easyChef Pro Scores This Recipe
easyChef Pro gives every recipe a health score from 0 to 100, built from more than 30 nutritional parameters including nutrient density, energy density and glycemic impact. It calculates rather than estimates, so the same recipe returns the same score every time.
The number is traceable. You can see exactly which nutrient moved it, so a dish scoring 78 might show fiber pushing it up while sodium pulls it down, alongside the NOVA processing level of each ingredient.
Your health goal changes the calculation itself, not just a filter. easyChef Pro applies clinically derived weighting across six health dimensions, which is why the same dish can score well for one goal and poorly for another.
Swap an ingredient or change the serving size and that math changes with it. Scoring your own version is the only way to see what your kitchen actually produces.
